Payment Terms

1. How the service works

Velotit is a subscription service. We do not sell one-off readings: to receive any reading you need an active subscription.

• ✦You pick one of our subscription plans and complete payment on the Stripe checkout screen.
• ✦Once the subscription is active, you access your readings from your private area whenever you want.
• ✦Each reading is generated instantly using AI models and saved in your account.
• ✦You can cancel your subscription any time from "Settings".

2. Subscription plans

We currently offer two plans. Both are subscriptions (i.e. they renew automatically until you cancel). The exact price and conditions are shown on screen before you confirm payment.

• ✦Trial (€0.90 for 4 days): a reduced-access subscription for trying the service. After 4 days it automatically rolls over to the Velo Pass at the published price, unless you cancel earlier from “Settings”.
• ✦Velo Pass (€39.90/mo): a monthly recurring subscription. Includes 50 readings per month. Above that quota, each extra reading is billed at €1.50 on your next invoice.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices on the site are final: they already include applicable taxes (VAT where applicable). No surprise fees at checkout.

Default currency is the euro (EUR). If your card is in a different currency, your bank will apply its own conversion; we add no FX fee.

4. Payment methods and geographic availability

All charges are processed by Stripe, so we accept payments from virtually any country Stripe supports. Available methods vary by country and include:

• ✦Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay) issued anywhere Stripe accepts.
• ✦Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• ✦Local wallets depending on the country (Bizum, Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA, Klarna, Cash App Pay, Link, and more).
• ✦Your card data never reaches our servers — it goes encrypted directly to Stripe.

5. Renewal and cancellation

• ✦Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (every 4 days for the trial; every month for the Velo Pass).
• ✦You can cancel any time from "Settings". The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and will not renew.
• ✦Unused readings do not roll over to the next cycle.
• ✦If you cancel the trial before the 4 days end, the Velo Pass charge will not happen.

6. Refunds

Because of the nature of the service (immediately delivered digital content), and per Spanish consumer law (article 103.m of the Consumer Protection Act), confirming payment means you accept immediate delivery and waive the cooling-off right. Even so:

• ✦If reading generation fails on our side and you don't receive it, we regenerate it free of charge or refund you in full if you prefer.
• ✦If the uploaded image is unusable (blurry, no face, etc.) and the AI cannot interpret it, we tell you on screen and, on request, refund you in full.
• ✦Once a billing cycle starts (trial or monthly) the unused portion is not refunded, but cancellation stops renewal immediately.
• ✦If you think something has gone wrong, write to us: we usually resolve reasonable claims in your favour.

7. Errors in the reading

Readings are generated automatically. If you receive incoherent, empty or clearly wrong text, contact support and we regenerate at no cost or refund.

8. Cancellation and account deletion

• ✦Cancel your subscription any time from "Settings", no questions asked.
• ✦Delete your account entirely by writing to hola@velotit.com.
• ✦Account deletion does not entail a refund of past payments, except in the cases listed in section 6.

9. Receipts and invoicing

Every charge generates an electronic receipt downloadable from your private area. If you need a full tax invoice (with VAT number, company name, etc.) write to hola@velotit.com with the details and we issue it.

10. Support

For anything related to a payment, invoice, refund or cancellation: hola@velotit.com. We usually answer within 48 business hours.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes affect an active subscription, we will notify you by email with reasonable advance before they take effect.
