7 Signs You Are Not Living Your Life Purpose
If something feels missing even though your life is fine, it may be a sign of disconnection from your purpose. These 7 signs indicate it is time to listen.
The difference between a well-organized life and a purposeful life
You can have a stable job, functional relationships, good health, and still feel that something is missing. That emptiness is not ingratitude. It is the most honest signal that you are living the right version of someone else's life, not your own. Purpose is not a spiritual luxury: it is the difference between existing and being alive.
Signs 1 and 2: Sunday weight and chronic numbness
Sign 1: Sunday evening fills you with a specific sadness, not about Monday itself, but about the week that repeats. Sign 2: You function on autopilot: eat, work, sleep, repeat, but few things generate genuine curiosity. Chronic numbness (nothing disturbs you much but nothing excites you either) is one of the most subtle ways of being off your path.
Signs 3 and 4: uncomfortable envy and disappearing time
Sign 3: You envy certain people, not for their possessions, but for how their face lights up when they talk about what they do. That envy is information: it is pointing to something you need too. Sign 4: When you do something specific, time disappears without you noticing. If that happens rarely or never, it is worth investigating.
Signs 5, 6 and 7: the body speaks when the mind does not listen
Sign 5: Fatigue that rest does not cure. Existential exhaustion is different from physical exhaustion. Sign 6: You feel you do not fit in the spaces you inhabit: your job, your social circle. Not because you are difficult, but because you are not where you should be. Sign 7: There is a project or idea that appears in your thoughts repeatedly and that you always postpone. What you postpone indefinitely is usually what matters most.

Find OutWhat to do when you recognize these signs
Do not quit everything at once. Purpose does not always demand a radical break with what you have. Sometimes it is enough to introduce more of that energy into your current life, even in small spaces. What it does require is honesty: stop arguing that now is not the right time or when you have more time. The right moment is always five years away if you do not start now.
Your spirit, every Monday.
