How to Strengthen Your Aura: Exercises to Reinforce Your Energy Field
Cleansing your aura and strengthening it are different things. If your energy field deteriorates frequently, cleansing alone is not enough: you need to reinforce it.
Cleansing, protecting, and strengthening the aura: they are not the same
Cleansing the aura removes external energies that have attached to it (charged conversations, difficult environments, contact with emotionally heavy people).
